Thank you for shopping with Ummah Kingdom. We are based in Australia and ship worldwide.

All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD). If you're purchasing from outside Australia, your bank or payment provider will convert the amount to your local currency at checkout.

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–5 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Australia Orders within Australia are sent via Australia Post tracked service. You will receive email notifications with tracking details once your order has been dispatched. Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days.

New Zealand Orders to New Zealand are sent via Australia Post International Tracked service. Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days.

United Kingdom & Europe Orders are sent via Australia Post International Tracked service where available. You will receive email notifications with tracking details. Estimated delivery: 10–20 business days.

Middle East, Southeast Asia & Rest of World Orders are sent via Australia Post International Tracked service where available. Estimated delivery: 10–25 business days.

Customs & Import Charges International customers may be liable for customs and import charges upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. If you fail to pay these charges within the timeframe given, your parcel may be returned to us and you will be required to pay a second postage fee to reship your order. Any refunds will deduct the initial postage fee.

Lost or Delayed Parcels If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at support@theummahkingdom.com and we will investigate with Australia Post on your behalf.
