Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Ummah Kingdom. As we sell physical printed pamphlets, please read our policy carefully before purchasing.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 15 days of delivery via our contact form at theummahkingdom.com/pages/contact with a photo of the item. We will send a replacement at no extra cost.

Change of Mind As our pamphlets are printed physical items, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Lost Parcels If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate with Australia Post. If the parcel is confirmed lost, we will offer a replacement or full refund.

Customs Refusals If your parcel is returned to us due to unpaid customs charges, a refund will be issued minus the original postage cost.
